1. About These Terms
These Terms of Service govern your use of Apex Auto Detailing's website and mobile detailing services. Apex Auto Detailing is a mobile auto detailing business serving Oconomowoc, Wisconsin and the surrounding communities. By booking a service or submitting a request through this site, you agree to these terms.
2. Mobile Service
Apex Auto Detailing provides detailing at your home or another suitable location you provide. Mobile appointments are subject to access to water and power at the service address. If a location cannot reasonably support the service, we will work with you to find a suitable alternative or reschedule.
3. Appointments & Booking
Bookings submitted through this website are appointment requests and are confirmed by Apex Auto Detailing. Appointment times are offered in 1-hour slots between 7:00 AM and 8:00 PM, seven days a week. We reserve the right to reschedule due to weather, access issues, or scheduling conflicts, and will contact you using the information you provide.
4. Pricing
Prices for our packages are listed on our Services page and are subject to change. Add-on services are priced as starting amounts and may vary based on the condition and size of the vehicle. For heavy dirt or contamination, a custom quote will be provided before work begins.
5. Vehicle Condition
Apex Auto Detailing takes care to detail your vehicle by hand. We are not liable for pre-existing damage, wear, or defects that are not visible or that cannot be remedied through standard detailing. Please remove personal items and valuables before your appointment.
6. Cancellations
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us as early as possible so we can offer the time to another customer.
7. Uploaded Photos
If you upload photos through our forms to help us understand your vehicle's condition, you grant Apex Auto Detailing permission to use those images for the purpose of assessing and completing your requested service. Please only upload images of your own vehicle.
